Born in Southern California and raised in the Seattle area, Daniel O’Neill has dedicated his career to the service of his community. Beginning as a non-commisioned officer in the United States Marine Corp, he gained valuable experience in a leadership role for his communications shop while part of 1st Battalion 6th Marines. Daniel led his troops through one overseas deployment in 2014. After which Daniel moved to the Spokane area and became a communications supervisor for Spokane County and later Spokane Regional Emergency Services. During this time, Daniel further honed his leadership capabilities and served there between 2016 and 2024. Daniel’s ability to motivate, find ways to streamline processes, and guide his team has been instrumental in the clinic’s success.
As the Assistant Manager at Mt. Spokane Pediatrics, Daniel is committed to providing the highest quality healthcare experience for both patients and their parents. He thrives on collaborating with his team, setting ambitious goals, and ensuring they are achieved. Finding ways to best implement each team member and fostering a positive work environment are among his favorite responsibilities.
Outside of work, Daniel keeps himself busy with a variety of hobbies. When not at the clinic, you’ll find him spending time with his close friends on working on a variety of computer engineering projects. An off the wall hobby of Daniel’s is making Digital Art for commision.
Daniel O’Neill embodies the spirit of compassionate leadership here at Mt. Spokane Pediatrics.
