Stephanie Manning received a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Masters in Social Work from Tennessee State University. She has worked in various mental health settings such as correctional facilities, schools, substance use programs, and crisis teams. Her approach to patient care is a strengths-based one. Prioritize building a therapeutic foundation from each patient’s individual strengths so they can build resilience and functionality, even in during the most difficult moments in life. Stephanie utilizes several different treatment modalities, such as trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused therapy, and more. In her personal time she enjoys kayaking, playing with her dog, and volunteering in the community.
