Angela Cowell was born in Great Falls, Montana, and raised in the rugged landscapes of Alaska and the warm heart of Texas. In 2009, Angela settled in the vibrant community of Spokane, Washington, with her husband and two boys, ready to make a difference.
Angela’s educational path reflects her unwavering commitment to excellence. She earned her Associates of Science in Nursing in 2007 from Arizona, a foundation that fueled her desire to learn and grow. Building on that, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Providence in 2018. But Angela’s thirst for knowledge didn’t stop there. She embarked on a transformative journey, pursuing her Masters of Science in Nursing at Gonzaga University, specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health. In 2022, she emerged as a beacon of expertise, board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
For 16 years, Angela had touched the lives of her patients as a bedside registered nurse throughout many areas of the hospital. Her experience spans generations, from caring for adults to nurturing the youngest patients. Yet, it’s in pediatrics that her heart truly sings. Angela’s eyes light up when she talks about joining the MSP team—the opportunity to impact children’s lives, to create a safe haven where they can express themselves freely.
Angela’s philosophy is simple yet profound: Every child matters. She believes that each little soul has a unique role to play in our world. Whether it’s soothing a frightened toddler or empowering a teenager to dream big, Angela is there, advocating for their well-being. Her goal? To ensure that every child reaches their full potential, their dreams taking flight as they grow.
